I’ve only been flying a drone for about 4 months but I’ve quickly discovered that aerial photography opens up a whole new perspective on photography. I’m able to shoot stuff from angles and heights that was impossible to achieve before. It’s a photographic genre in its infancy. And it’s fun!
The photo above is a drone shot taken on the Mekong Delta, the ‘rice bowl’ of Vietnam. It’s a water world that moves to the rhythms of its canals and streams crisscrossing the landscape like arteries where boats, houses and markets float
